Caritas, Diakonie, AWO and independent services. A client's post is one sorted case before the first full appointment, and church data protection law (KDG, DSG-EKD) is covered.

Consumer insolvency law firms

Lawyers representing debtors. Every creditor letter is filed before the out-of-court settlement attempt and the application under section 305 of the Insolvency Code (InsO). Brief Insights signs a confidentiality agreement under section 43e of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO).

What happens to each letter.

BriefXtract does three things with each letter before anyone opens the case.

Intelligent extraction

Creditor, file number, amount and due date are read from mixed PDFs of letters, court orders and invoices in a single pass. Each field is shown beside the line it came from.

Urgency flagging

Eviction notices, court deadlines and enforcement orders are detected on arrival and placed at the top of the queue with a text label.

Master debt case engine

An invoice and the collection letter that followed it are linked into one debt record, so each debt appears once in the case.
